[android-developers] Re: Bluetooth socket to non Android device

What handset are you using?

Only interested as Samsung handsets have hideously broken bluetooth
until a very recent made progress in that area. Also the HTC desire
has a 'busted' bluetooth stack if you want to do SDP as well. Other
handsets like the nexus one reboot on a regular basis if you're
connecting to a device our of range repeatedly, or go just plain deaf.

(I've done a small amount of SDP to non android devices)

Regards,

Ian
