[android-developers] ACCURACY_COARSE VS ACCURACY_FINE - How Accurate, How Much Power???

I am messing with a Location Service which runs in the background.
In the Location Criteria there is the option to set Power settings and
Accuracy Settings.

Do these two factors interfere with each other, for example if you set
ACCURACY_FINE, and POWER_LOW??
