[android-developers] standard UI style for "there's more..." ?

I working on an app where the screen is divided in two parts: a data
area above, and a set of possible actions below (containing radio
buttons, edit boxes, check boxes, et al). Some of those actions are
atomic and take effect immediately, and some will invoke a dialog for
the user to enter more information.

In the Windows world, it is standard for a button or a menu item that
will launch a dialog if clicked to have its text appended with an
ellipsis,
"Do Something..."

is there a common UI motif that has emerged in the Android world for
this kind of concept?

TIA !
