Basically, you don't have to do anything. It takes a while for
the order to get charged (a few hours). The 'Charge' and 'Ship'
indicators(?) will automatically turn green at that time. The
app has been shipped when they downloaded it, and they get
a notification email, so nothing to do about this either.
(Sometimes this breaks and their is a 'Ship' button, but
that's only happened a few times).

'Charged amount' is what the user is charged. What you get
is 'Net revenue', Google's cut will show up as a 'transaction fee'.
