I have an alertDialog with a EditText on it.

When i show() the alertDialog android 2.3 don't show any softkeyb,
android 3.0 show the softkeyboard.

How can I show the softkeyboard on both platforms?
Every code to show softkeyboard tryed don't work, the only one that
work is the toggleSoftKeyboard() that doesn't work ok on android 3
since on this platform it close the keyboard.

What is the fastest way to prompt a user for an input and open the
softkeyboard to let the user input in?
