[android-developers] Which setting determines storage space in the Emulator

The new ICS image with Google API's only has about 9MB of storage left
for apps, and I often get a "Cannot install app due to not enough
storage" error. Which Emulator configuration settings determines the
amount of storage avaliable for apps? I tried changing all the memory
related ones, to no avail.
