?? Dapet informasi dari mana bahwa yang dipake adalah voice circuit dan bukannya data packet? Apa untungnya buat telkomsel?

Afaik, tidak ada perubahan pada skype biasa. Untuk produk ini, tidak
ada biaya tambahan untuk skype akses data, yg notabene digunakan untuk
authentifikasi aja. Untuk jalur voice dijamin lebih oke, walaupun
under coverage gprs only karena yg akan digunakan adalah jalur
komunikasi circuit switch biasa,kayak nelp biasa aja. Hanya ada jalur
khusus menuju skype nya.
