[android-developers] Re: Paypal in Android

No, I'm not. And even if I claimed to be, if I were you I wouldn't be taking as verbatim what someone online claims to be a valid position. If in doubt, get out your wallet and go see a lawyer.

*My* understanding of the Google Play agreement would be that it applies to to app payments too, however those payments are made. But if you were directing them to a website and the payments were made through the website that is another matter.

Actually on re-reading it now, I can't see any the terms I thought were there, so who knows.

That's just to pay for the app itself, isn't it? Surely not for purchases made via the app.

So what *are* you allowed to use to charge for physical goods, or other services?
