[android-developers] Android app not recognizing tel:/xxx-xxx-xxxx,,,3,,,1

I'm having some trouble with some Android phones not picking up the spacing (time lapse before dialing next number to get
to a phone menu. Does anyone know if it's done differently that placing comma's after the original number?
