I'm developing a couple of apps with more than 20 activities in each.
When pilot users/testers detect an issue it would be nice if they
could - without leaving the view - write a report and send it as an
email to support.
From anywhere in the app they can make a certain gesture and a report
view pops up, which they fill out and send to support. Informations of
Time, User, App, Version, Activity, etc. are automatically reported.
Does it make sense?
If anybody knows of anything like that I would appreciate a hint.
