Problem is urgent, please give an example

I don't mean to be mean, but here's a dose of a reality that I hope will help you in the future.

1 - No one has answered your post in 8 days and 3 bumps. The likelihood of you getting a response is fairly low at this point.
Read this http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html and consider how you can improve your question to improve the likelihood of getting a good answer.

2 - Your problem is only urgent to you - it does not matter to the rest of us.

3 - Stating your problem is urgent makes you appear impatient and as if you think your problem is more important that whatever the rest of us are doing. Doing so will actually make people want to help you less.

4 - If your problem is as urgent as you think it is, pay someone to help you. Expecting "urgent" help from a volunteer Google Group list is silly.

Best of luck to you (or whomever's life depends on this urgent MergeCursor issue).
