[android-developers] Change UI Layout for different devices

How can i change the layout of my application to suit all the
different screen sizes? My application looks good in Samsung Galaxy S
but when i see it on Sony Ericsson Xperia mini many of the texts and
buttons are missing. Any help on how to make it consistent over all
the devices?
