[android-developers] how to remote invoke an application on the phone

Hi All,

Angel.com has developed a very interesting application (http://
itunes.apple.com/us/app/angel-mm/id429502502?mt=8&ls=1#) for iphone.

In this application, the user calls the IVR by dialing a phone number.
The IVR will then send a Push Notification to the phone, asking
forpermission to engage the user multimodally.

How do we do push notification on android phone?
