Romain---So for this case would an unlocked boot loader be adequate?
I seem to remember in buying the Nexus One that you could pay more for
a phone with root access, and this seemed to be something beyond just
an unlocked phone.

Nathan----as for tethering, I think their game is that they make you
pay extra to tether. That was one of the advantages of having
unlocked Nexus One----free tethering!
