[android-developers] Google Maps API Key

HI guys,

I note this from https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/android/hello-mapview
Please note that this is only valid while your application is signed with the debug key; once you sign with your private key, you will need a new API key. When you get your key, insert it for the value of android:apiKey.

I only need to generate API key from my private key once right for publication?
