Like I said, I haven't tested it on a previously published app, only on draft apps that were never published in the first place...but in the old console if you delete the last APK associated with the app, the entire app description vanishes.  I don't know if it would do that for an app once it was published, but it is certainly different from the new console in this regard.

Where exactly could you remove unpublished apps? I was under the impression that once an app was published, if you unpublished it afterwards, there was no way to delete it.
