Why would you have a merchant account "pay out" to an Adsense account?

Doesn't pretty much everyone have their Google merchant account "pay out" to their bank account?

We have a Developer Account on Google Play where we sell apps. The money we get for the apps goes to our Merchant Account. The thing is the merchant account never PAYS OUT to our Adsense Account. And before you ask:

1- Yes, we have linked developer account with adsense account.
2- Yes, we have more than minimum 100$.
3- Yes, it has been more than 45 days.

And most important; Yes, we have send more than 8 emails to google contact (android developer, google checkout, google merchant) and they seem to ignore our email, we just get automated answers.

So basically we are working for free and just throwing away money to google play.

This is very discouraging, for me and for the rest of the team. I wish you the best luck and hope you don't end up in our situation.
