[android-developers] Re: Unable to create new AVD

I copy and pasted plugins downloaded to eclipse->plugins and Window >
Android SDK and AVD Manager. option is visible now.
also window->prefrences->android is available now.
run ->C:\Program Files\Android\android-sdk-windows SDK Manager.exe
