[android-developers] How to create a simulator with real phone dimension?

As title.

I have a 24" display with 0.270mm pixel pitch (1920x1200)

Suppose that I would like to simulate a 3.7" (480x800) display like
the nexus on on the sdk,
how can I do that?
I want to simulate the dimension, is this possible?
