@yea you may be right..... but the actual query is still unanswered....
how someone would differentiate between two apps if say someone (who is unaware of package nomenclature)  that go to google play and search for my app
by typing "BillBoard Hot 100" in search box ?

 (though i observed that the other app has "b" in board and mine has "B")

(P.S you dont need to be a lawyer to answer this ;-) )
