Make sure your SQLiteDatabase objects are closed (via calling close()
on them directly or close() on your SQLiteOpenHelper). From there, it
is standard Java I/O, using methods like getExternalStorageDirectory()
on your Activity to build a path to where you want the file to be
copied.
