As much as it hurts to give this reply: Let it slide...
I get around 20 of these messages each day from a handful senders. It seems they are 'rotating' company/e-mail/name and I seriously doubt it will have any impact reporting it as the service they provide is easily copied/continued under a different name/brand.
As far as I can tell Google is working hard to limit the possible impact the use of these services could cause on the Google Play store (ratings, lists etc.) but that might be my own wishful thinking.
