[android-developers] Re: Can NOT upload program on Windows 7

I found the problem in uploading the app to Android Market. My IE9
cannot do any upload to any web applications. :-(.

It's simply a problem in IE9. IE9 seems to give more problems than
IE8.


As to Eclipse's debugger, I never said that it has anything to do with
uploading a file.
