First, fix your keyboard. The exclamation point and question mark
keys are stuck, and they make you look like an idiot. I'm betting
that you probably don't want to look like an idiot.....

Second, as far as I know, the people from Google who do step in every
now and then are here on their own time. In other words, they don't
owe you any response, nor does anyone else here. Sorry to have to be
blunt about it, but it's the truth. When you make an ass of yourself
(say, by posting with stuck '!' and '>' keys on your keyboard), you
severely reduce your chances of getting ANY answer.

If you need an immediate answer that badly, you're better off paying
for support in a paid support forum. This isn't one, so you may have
to wait, and you may not get any response. And that's just the way it
is.

Start by:

A) fixing your keyboard (or replace it)
B) post the appropriate portion of the code for your app and
any useful logcat data that might help someone who might know
what's going on give you an answer.
C) wait patiently; remember, nobody here is paid to help you, nor
is anyone obligated to respond at all.

Hope this helps.
