Simplified Chinese is not even supported - that's 1.3 billion people unable to read app descriptions.

If you have a language that is not supported but most (or a large percentage) of your users speak, then I would tag on the translation to the end of (or instead of) the english app description (since that is probably what those users will see).

Ideal, I know :(
