[android-developers] Hi, i am unable to reinstall or update the ADT plugin to eclipse helios

i was not able to update it so uninstalled and wanted to reinstall but while doing re installation i got the Duplicate location error like this. i tried using both https and http and also by using zip file but still no luck at all.



this is my available software window.


i wanted to have android 4.x Please please suggest me what can be done for this. your replies and suggestions would be appreciable.
