[android-developers] Widget-Layout Problems/Questions

Hi,

I want to develope a Widget with a Shape (round edge) as background and 2 textviews in it.
Here is what I got at the moment:

 <LinearLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:layout_width="fill_parent"
    android:layout_height="fill_parent"
    android:orientation="horizontal"
    android:padding="@dimen/widget_margin" >
             
    <TextView
        android:id="@+id/update"
        style="@android:style/TextAppearance.Small"
        android:layout_width="match_parent"
        android:layout_height="match_parent"
        android:background="@drawable/shape_dunkelblau"
        android:gravity="center_horizontal|center_vertical"
        android:text="@string/widgetSMS"
        android:textColor="#ffffff" />
   
</LinearLayout>


Now i want to have anothet textview in this layout which can be hide programmatically (or not).
I can not get out how to do thi on the same background...

Hmm, i hope you can understand my problem... the second textview should be displayd in the button of the widget...
