You can use in-app billing to pay for virtual products. If you want users to
be able to buy the same item multiple times, you need to use unmanaged
products. There is no support for subscriptions, so your users will have
to buy the subscription product every month, etc.

For all you other questions, you really need a lawyer, not a development
list.
