[android-developers] Using oggvorbis vs mp3 in android?

Hi,

As in android both ogg and mp3 format is supported. Is that any
difference between using ogg or mp3 in android.

like________
1. mp3 contains data frame by frame so if we discard some part of mp3
file than it still plays.
what about ogg?

2.is there anyway that if we discard or xor some bytes or do
encryption for some bytes of ogg make it unplayable?

3.what are the pros and cons of using ogg file over mp3 in android?

4.which is the best if we are going for streaming?

Regards,
